NOTICEEePlease check your emails regularly once your order has been sent to us. If we need to get ahold of you, it will be done through the provided email. If we have questions, we will wait until we hear back from you to finish your piece, causing delays in your order.

STORE POLICY    All orders are handmade and take on average, 3-4 weeks to produce. Holidays and busy seasons may add additional time. Please be patient.  I further acknowledge Artabyss products are custom made to order, therefore all sales are final.  Artabyss Design Studio does not offer exchanges, returns, or refunds of any kind on any items for sale. All goods purchased are sold “as is”, carry with them no express warranties and all implied warranties, including any warranty of merchantability and warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are hereby disclaimed.

MODIFICATION CLAUSE    Because all items are custom made to order, you have one week from the date ordered to make any additional changes, modifications, or add any custom elements to your piece/pieces. These modifications may result in additional charges. If you have selected a custom-colored piece, you will receive an email with pictures for approval before your order is shipped out. Once approved, there will be no more modifications made and you will receive your tracking number. We do not send approval pictures on pre-designed options.
